To register your restaurant with Foodnati, you need your PAN card, GST number (if applicable), FSSAI license (if applicable), restaurant menu, restaurant profile and bank account details. These documents are required for restaurant verification and to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Once you submit the required documents, our team will review and verify your restaurant details. Your restaurant will go live on Foodnati after successful verification and completion of the onboarding process. The time may vary depending on document verification.
There is no onboarding fee to join Foodnati. Restaurant registration and onboarding are completely free. You do not need to pay anything at the time of registration.
Our Foodnati support team is here to help you with restaurant registration, document verification, menu setup, order management and other onboarding-related questions.
The applicable commission or platform charges will be clearly explained during onboarding. You can review the agreed pricing terms before you start receiving orders through Foodnati.
Your restaurant earnings will be transferred directly to your registered bank account within 2 days after the transaction, subject to successful payment processing and any applicable adjustments.
